Approaching the entrance to the Scully-Welsh Cancer Center, you are drawn to a massive one-of-a-kind glass on granite mosaic. A closer look at the unique mural reveals individual tiles inscribed with personal tributes to loved ones, caregivers, physicians and friends. Made possible by Warren and Ginny Schwerin, the Inspiration Wall, serves as a beacon of hope for cancer patients and their families.
Maureen and Bob Bauchman were quick to embrace the power of this initiative, recognizing from their own personal experience the importance of lifting up those on the cancer journey. As Honorary Chairs of the Inspiration Wall initiative, the Bauchmans have graciously lent their energies to help spread the word of this moving, visually stunning tribute opportunity.
Maureen also shared her story and her heartfelt gratitude to all who make it possible for patients to receive their cancer care right here at home. View Maureen’s story.
